“Reach out, you’re not alone”
Throughout these past few months of being cyber bullied and harassed, I’ve learned the best results for me was to accept I needed help, resources and I needed to talk to my dear friends, family and counsellors about my trauma.
I’m taking the view of the person who’s being bullied with my pink shirt design.
We’ve seen in the news recently of teenagers who didn’t reach out while being predatorly cyber stalked/bullied and the results were devestating for their families. They all said, we wish they would’ve reached out to us.
Don’t feel shame, don’t feel embarrassed, ignore judgements when being bullied.
And don’t judge someone being bullied. Don’t tell them you went through the same thing too, just “do this...” Offer love, understanding and support.
